Like many people, I was surprised to learn that many dentists in Florida now refer patients to specialists for procedures like root canals. After being quoted an extremely high out-of-pocket price by the specialist my dentist recommended, I decided to do some research. I'm so glad I did because I found Great Expressions, where the cost was less than half. I have always been extremely against large corporate or franchise dental practices, but this experience was VERY DIFFERENT. I can't speak for every Great Expressions location, but I can honestly say this office COMPLETELY EXCEEDED every expectation I had. I visited the Great Expressions office at 10580 Colonial Blvd., Suite 103, Fort Myers. From my very first phone call, I was impressed. Jya was kind, understanding, and assured me she would get in touch with me if an opening becomes available sooner and lucky for me one did, the same day!! When I arrived, Tasha absolutely stood out. She is what I call a true worker. She never wasted a second. Before I had even finished my paperwork, she had me getting X-rays, brought me to the treatment room, introduced me to everyone, and kept everything moving so efficiently. She was friendly,

This was my first appointment, and Omar, who did my X-rays was as nice as he could be, I felt relaxed and that he was being thorough. Then I met Dr. Brad Mouritsen and what a difference from my last dentist. He actually sat down, introduced himself and took the time to talk to me! Glad I made the switch!

I had an amazing experience at this dentist's office! The doctor and staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel like part of the family. I am not one for reviews or posting anything publicly good or bad. But I have to say this was one of the best dental visits I’ve ever had. Dr. Bradley Mouritsen was down to earth and super relatable. I felt no judgement in his recommendations nor did I feel pressure to do what he felt was best. More importantly, he addressed the immediate need without spiraling into extensive and costly comprehensive plans for all of the work at once which can be very overwhelming. It was such a contrast to past experiences at other dental offices. The team was also phenomenal. Extremely helpful from the first phone call, got me in on emergency visit same day. I was assisted promptly and professionally, but with personality, not robotic motion. The dental assistant, Karen made me feel right at home. I think she could tell that I was very tense and nervous when I arrived. She immediately changed the mood with conversation in between The necessary x-rays and preliminary paperwork as a new patient. I left the appointment feeling very accomplished with a confirmed plan and direction in place for my immediate needs as well as the entire comprehensive care. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and highly professional, making every effort to ensure your visit is comfortable and stress-free. I had surgical tooth removal performed by Dr. Aaron Broderick, and my experience was excellent. He was professional, efficient, and reassuring throughout the procedure. From start to finish, the care I received exceeded expectations. If you’re in need of dental work, this office should be your next stop.
